In Andhra pradesh, we swayam sevaks always draw inpiration from krishna devaraya. The main contribution of krishna devaraya was that he arrested the spread of muslim rule in the southern states of India thereby protecting sacred places of hindus. Also he had developed irrigation channels in entire southern states by constructing thousands of small reservoirs. He encouraged literary works and he himself wrote Amukthamalyadha the treatise on politics. Hindus should celebrate this function. chandra sir,
