Don’t you see the fake-ness in the claim of the Congress Govt. that the Economic Growth is possible because of their efforts? Because, in reality, the Congress has always acted against the growth and the current situation is only because of Congress’s useless approach, otherwise the Growth would have been at least 10 times bigger.

Don’t you find any double standards in Congress Claims?

If yes, then why don’t you spread these issues so that a common man can know it and take appropriate decision while casting his/her vote?

The law and order… Does I have to say anything about it. Even after 62 years of Independence, the farmers are still committing suicides and are subjected to several cruelties by the Govt. Authorities. The Congress is making the farmer, of our nation, a begger by donating money; while the correct way has to be giving the Farmer a reasonable support and respect. Don’t you see that how congress has failed to do this or you are just sleeping.

Dont you know how our judiciary and police administration works in all states including Delhi. Aren’t you aware that Judges are being bribed even by a common man; then what makes it impossible that the Judiciary is not working under the hands of the Govt. Or do you need a proof from me?

I always had too much expectation from the BJP; but after seeing BJP’s approach in current elections, I think that I have to remain as a unparticipating Voter this time too.

Now, coming to the point. What is the problem with BJP? Aren’t you people have any legitimate political issues or what? Since, our country has been independent, the Congress is molesting the Crowd and you people have no sense of touching and raising the legitimate issues. Now a days, even after 62 years of independence; the education system is still lacking its fertility. Don’t you see it as a political issue? Or you are really unaware that how dangerously the Congress Party’s regime has caused a serious damage to our education system from all corners?

Dear Mr. Advani.

It is really dis-heartening to observe the weak and lazy attitude of the BJP during current elections. From last 10-12 years, I have not voted to any Party. Reason being, all Political Parties are so poor and disguised in their approach, that I choose to avoid and ignore.

I really do not know, whether you are going to read this or some sub-ordinate, deployed for the purpose, will decide; but I hope that you must go through this post of mine to the end so as to have a clear cut impression of your party and other political parties in this Nation.

It is really surprizing to see that even after facing defeats again and again, your party failed to understand the reason. While, if we talk of the Congress Party, personally I never understood and liked their approach towards serving the nation and the humanity.

Dear Raju Bhartiya Ji,
Your cpmments are right on spot. In fact we should not expect anything from our constitution. Our constitution is a Carbon Copy of Government of India Act 1935 enacted by Britishers. Our constitution is a document of the brtish rule. It does not reflect the National Pride. It starts with ” WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA THAT IS BHARAT”. It places Bharat after India as if India is original & Bharat is a follower. The inventor of English Language that is ” BRITISHERS” have translated a PROPER NOUN “BHARAT” into INDIA. Can a proper noun be translated ?
This replies to all that is wrong with our constitution.
It is time we rewrote our Constitution.

धन्य है हमारे देश के कानून विद और संवैधानिक विशेषक.यह लिखने के पीछे लेखक का किसी व्यक्ति विशेष से कोई लेना देना या पूर्वाग्रह नहीं है.यह तो उसकी संविधान पर एक टिपण्णी है जो यह दर्शाती है कि पिछले ग्यारह साल से शायद किसी ने यह देखा ही नहीं कि जिन लोगों ने संविधान लिखा है उन्होंने विदेशी राज से स्वाधीनता प्राप्त कि थी.उन लोगो के विचार में अगर एक भारतीय यदि किसी दूसरे देश कि नागरिकता प्राप्त करने के बाद अवांछित हो जाता है तो उस विचारधारा में उन लोगों का क्या स्थान होगा जो जन्म से भारतीय नहीं है.और अंत में-अनुच्छेद 58 में प्रयुक्त शब्दों ‘भारत का नागरिक’ का अर्थ शब्दकोष में नहीं बल्कि संविधान के भाग दो में देखना चाहिए दिए गएँ है.–RAJENDRA BHARTIYA ALLAHABAD

संविधान लिखने वालों को किस बात कि चिंता थी?इस अनुच्छेद के द्वारा वे किसे रोकना चाहते थे?और चूँकि यह QR राष्ट्रपति के लिए तो यह बाकी संवैधानिक पदों पर भी लागू होगी.अर्थात एक पैदाईशी भारतीय को तो उसके अपने ही देश में चुनाव लड़ने से चुनाव आयोग रोक सकता है,पर जब सर्वोच्च न्यायलय उससे पूछता है कि उन भारत के नागरिकों का क्या संवैधानिक दर्जा है जो कि पंजीकरण द्वारा नागरिकता ग्रहण किये है,तो चुनाव आयोग कहता है कि उस का इस संवैधानिक प्रश्न से कोई लेना देना नहीं है, क्योंकि यह अयोग्यता से या चुनाव सञ्चालन से सम्बंधित नहीं है.इसी चुनाव आयोग ने १४अप्रेल 2004 के दिन एक श्री जयंत सिंह को,जो कि संयोग से पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री चौधरी चरणसिंह के पोते है,को विधान सभा चुनाव में लड़ने से वर्जित किया था.क्यों?इसलिए कि उस समय वो सज्जन ब्रिटिश नागरिक थे

अगर वह भारत का नागरिक नहीं है.’ यह उन्ही लोगों ने लिखा है जिन्होंने संविधान के भाग दो को ‘नागरिकता’ का शीर्षक दिया है.अब जो जन्म से भारतीय है,उसे नागरिकता से क्या लेना देना?उसकी राष्ट्रीयता कोई चीज़ है या नहीं?क्या राष्ट्रीयता में नागरिकता निहित नहीं?अभी तक आपने सबसे दुखद,यह अदना सा भारतीय इए और क्या कहे,बात तो सुनी ही नहीं है.संविधान के भाग दो में अनुच्छेद 9 द्वारा यह प्रयोजन किया है कि जो व्यक्ति स्वेच्छा से किसी और देश कि नागरिकता ग्रहण करता है,तो वह भारत का नागरिक नहीं होगा.यानि ऐसे किसी भी व्यक्ति को,जो कि ज़ाहिर है कोई भारतीय ही होगा,निर्वाचन आयोग चुनाव में खड़े होने से वर्जित कर देगा.और ऐसे कोई व्यक्ति सिवाय भारत के और कहीं तो हो नहीं सकते,इसका मतलब हुआ कि अनुच्छेद 58(1)(अ )केवल ऐसे भारतीयों को अयोग्य घोषित करने के लिए लिखा गया है.यदि ऐसा है तो जो वाक्य प्रयुक्त किया गया है वह नकारात्मक क्यूँ है और उसे लिखने कि क्या आवश्यकता थी? क्या भारत ऐसे लोगों से भरा पड़ा था और है जो यहाँ के नागरिक नहीं है?
